AnimeSoon is an independent schedule companion for anime fans who want to know when the next episode happens without doing timezone arithmetic every week. It turns upcoming broadcast and streaming schedule data into a focused 30-day view, keeps uncertainty visible, and lets each visitor browse in the timezone already configured on their device.

The problem AnimeSoon is solving

Anime release information is often presented from the perspective of a broadcaster, distributor, or database. A Japanese television listing may use Japan Standard Time, while a streaming platform lists a later availability time and a fan calendar converts one of those moments into another region. The results can look contradictory even when they describe different stages of the release.

AnimeSoon treats the time label as part of the information. A matched Crunchyroll schedule entry is identified as streaming availability. An unmatched entry remains identified as its source broadcast. Estimated streaming times carry a tilde rather than being presented with false precision. This makes the schedule useful for planning while leaving room for an official service to make a late correction.

Where the schedule comes from

AniList supplies title information, episode numbers, genres, and source airing timestamps. Crunchyroll-focused release times and schedule corrections are supplied by Tsuzuki. AnimeSoon retrieves those sources on the server, matches supported corrections to the corresponding anime and episode, and publishes a new schedule snapshot each day.

The active snapshot covers the next 30 days. Older inactive snapshots are retained briefly for safe refreshes and then removed. Adult, Hentai, and Ecchi entries are excluded at import and again when stored entries are read. This second check prevents an older snapshot from putting excluded material back into the public schedule.

How a displayed time is selected

The broadcast timestamp is the starting point. When the correction data contains a usable match for the same title and episode, AnimeSoon displays the reported release timestamp and links to an allowlisted official provider page. Without that match, the broadcast time remains visible. AnimeSoon does not infer a streaming release merely because a show has a catalog page, and it does not assume that an English title means an English dub exists.

All stored timestamps represent absolute moments. The browser converts those moments using its current timezone rules, including daylight-saving transitions. As a result, a post-midnight Japanese broadcast may correctly appear on the previous calendar day for a viewer in North America. The active timezone is printed above the schedule so the conversion can be checked at a glance.

What the filters do

Language filters distinguish Japanese, Chinese, and Korean origin metadata and shows with an explicitly listed English dub. Genre filters narrow the same active schedule. English, romaji, and native-script title settings change presentation without changing the underlying episode. Day view is designed for immediate planning; Month view reveals the pattern across the complete window. When a filter has no results, AnimeSoon shows a clear empty state and does not request an advertisement for that state.

Accuracy and limitations

No independent schedule can guarantee a release. Production delays, special broadcasts, recap episodes, licensing differences, regional catalogs, and platform operations can change availability after the daily refresh. A tilde marks an estimated time. Viewers organizing a premiere or watch party should follow the card link and confirm the current announcement from the official distributor in their region.

Privacy by design

The schedule does not require an account. Timezone conversion happens in the browser, and AnimeSoon does not request precise location to calculate it. Schedule sources are refreshed by the server, so simply viewing the schedule does not send a visitor's IP address to AniList or Tsuzuki. AnimeSoon is not affiliated with AniList, Tsuzuki, anime studios, production committees, publishers, broadcasters, or streaming services. Product names, anime titles, and third-party marks belong to their respective owners. AnimeSoon's contribution is the schedule matching, timezone-aware presentation, filtering, explanations, and editorial guidance that make the source information easier to understand.
