Privacy policy.

This policy explains how AnimeSoon collects, uses, and shares information when you visit animesoon.com or use the schedule and related pages (the “Service”).

Information we collect

AnimeSoon does not currently offer user accounts, accept profile information, or ask you to submit your name, email address, payment information, or precise location.

When you visit, our hosting provider may automatically process technical request data such as your IP address, browser and device type, requested URL, referring page, date and time, response status, and diagnostic or security information. We use this data to deliver the Service, maintain reliability, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot problems.

Schedule data and preferences

Your browser requests the public schedule from AnimeSoon’s server. Our server refreshes schedule information from AniList and Tsuzuki separately, so those providers do not receive your IP address merely because you load the AnimeSoon schedule. If you follow a link to AniList, Tsuzuki, Crunchyroll, or another third-party site, that site will receive information according to its own privacy practices.

Language, title, date, and timezone display choices are handled in your browser for the current visit. AnimeSoon does not currently save those choices to an account or store them in Firestore. Your browser supplies timezone information locally so episode times can be displayed in your timezone.

Advertising, cookies, and similar technologies

AnimeSoon uses Google AdSense. When advertising is enabled, Google and other advertising partners may receive the page URL, IP address, browser or device information, and ad interaction data. They may use cookies, pixels, local storage, or similar technologies to deliver and measure ads, limit repeated ads, detect fraud and abuse, and—where permitted—personalize advertising based on visits to AnimeSoon and other sites.

Google explains this processing in its information for sites that use Google services and its Privacy Policy. You can manage personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings, industry opt-out tools such as WebChoices, and your browser’s cookie controls. Disabling cookies or using privacy tools may affect advertising but should not prevent access to the schedule.

How we use information

We use information processed through the Service to:

• provide, operate, and improve AnimeSoon;
• display timezone-aware schedule information;
• secure the Service and detect abuse or technical failures;
• understand aggregate usage and maintain performance; and
• display, measure, and support advertising.

How information is shared

We may share or allow processing of information with service providers that operate the Service, including Google Firebase, Google Cloud, and Google AdSense; when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security; or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of the Service. We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws may define personalized advertising as “sharing,” “selling,” or “targeted advertising” even when no money is exchanged.

Retention

AnimeSoon does not maintain user profiles or a visitor database. Hosting and security logs are retained only as reasonably necessary for operations, security, diagnostics, and legal obligations, subject to our provider settings and policies. Google states that Firebase Hosting retains IP data for a limited period; details may change over time in the Firebase privacy documentation. Public schedule snapshots do not identify visitors and older inactive snapshots are ordinarily removed after seven days.

Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal information; object to or opt out of certain processing, targeted advertising, sale, or sharing; withdraw consent; or appeal a denied request. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Because AnimeSoon does not use accounts or intentionally identify visitors, we may not be able to associate ordinary request logs with you without additional information.

Children’s privacy

AnimeSoon is a general-audience schedule service and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review and address the request.

Security and international processing

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including HTTPS and restricted server-side database access. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Google and its providers may process information in countries other than the one where you live, subject to their contractual and legal safeguards.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the Service, its providers, or applicable requirements change. The “Last updated” date will identify the latest revision. Material changes may also be highlighted on the Service when appropriate.
